InTime Inc. Loyalty Points Terms of Service - Shop With Aomnia Points (SWAP)

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the loyalty points program ("Program") provided by InTime Inc. through its online marketplace at www.aomnia.com (the "Site"), you agree to abide by these Loyalty Points Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms incorporate by reference the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these Terms or the incorporated policies, please do not participate. NOTE: Participating in this program means that you use the points on the checkout page when you are purchasing from the Aomnia marketplace.
Changes to the Terms of Service and Program
InTime Inc., located at Lower Estate, St. George, Barbados, reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its terms, conditions, or any aspect of the Program, including the redemption value of points, at any time. Changes will be posted on www.aomnia.com. Your continued participation in the Program after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Membership Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of Barbados or any other jurisdiction where the Program is available. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of InTime Inc. may join the Program but may be excluded from certain promotions or rewards.
Member Registration
To become a member, you must sign up at www.aomnia.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Only one account per individual is allowed. InTime Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
Accumulation of Points
Members earn loyalty points ("Points") for every dollar spent on purchases at www.aomnia.com. Points are credited to a member's account after the completion of a purchase of $12 BDS or more. Points are valid for 365 days after they are earned and can be viewed on the member's profile page.
Redemption of Points
Members can redeem their Points for discounts on purchases made at www.aomnia.com. You cannot earn or use points when buying from any physical stores of Omnia vendors. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another member, or sold. InTime Inc. reserves the right to modify the redemption value of Points and the rewards available at any time.
Use of SWAP
By participating in the Aomnia.com ("Aomnia Site") Shop with Aomnia Points program ("SWAP"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
SWAP is a self-enrollment process. On signing up for an account, you will receive an email from Aomnia confirming your registration and instructions for unregistering or deleting your account.
Aomnia reserves the right to restrict your use of SWAP at any time in Aomnia's sole discretion, including when misuse or fraud is suspected.
Your available SWAP may be used to pay for all or a portion of your eligible purchases on the Aomnia Site. If you pay for only a part of an eligible purchase using SWAP, then the balance must be paid using another form of payment.
Purchases made with SWAP are subject to Aomnia's return policy, which can be found at Return and Exchange of Merchandise.
If any products related to your original order are returned, subject to our Returns Policy, you will receive a refund of the amount charged to your card and a deduction in you SWAP.
Points Exclusions
Points are given only on the purchase of products or services. Shipping costs, taxes, or any other additional costs associated with a purchase are excluded from given Points.
Account Deletion and Points
If you choose to delete your account, all accumulated Points AKA SWAP will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
FTC - Fair Trading Commission
Any reference to an intermediary or dispute resolution is referred to the FTC - Fair Trading Commission of Barbados.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InTime Inc., its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program or SWAP.
Termination
InTime Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Program, SWAP, or any member's participation in either at its discretion, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms or suspected fraud.
Additional Terms

A customer is eligible to receive points for their account as soon as they sign up for an account.

Points are not transferable to another customer.

Points cannot be redeemed by, or sold, assigned, reassigned, or otherwise transferred to, any other Member of this Program or any other individual, company or organization for any reason or under any condition.

Points can be redeemed at the purchase of any product or service.

Points are NOT generated from shipping costs or any other cost associated with a purchase. ONLY purchases of products or services will generate points.
You can always check your Point balance on your Profile page. Your profile page lists your Rewards Points balance history, which displays the dates your points were earned.

By participating in the Program or SWAP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the Program or SWAP.
