The product circulates through a compatible engine at idle to help clean the internal lubrication system before an oil change. According to the label, the treatment works within approximately five minutes.

The back label directs users to add the treatment to warm engine oil, allow the engine to idle, and then drain the oil while it is still warm. The engine oil and oil filter must be replaced after treatment.
